UT Charter School Campus Renovations

The project was executed over two consecutive summers with tight schedules and while the campus was partially occupied. QA Roofing adhered to the timeline and successfully completed the work, ensuring that both the school and parking lot were ready before the new school year began. This demonstrates QA’s ability to meet deadlines and maintain effective construction coordination and communication.

The first phase of the project included several notable features: 13,000 square feet of composite decking, a shade structure over a rubber flooring play area, an open play area with rubber tricycle tracks and a flagstone drainage creek, two new portable classrooms, and comprehensive exterior and interior renovations to all existing portables.

The second phase, completed in Summer 2019, focused on the construction of a new 49-spot parking lot, improvements to the storm drain system, and the development of a new soccer field.
