University of Texas, Bureau of Economic Geology Roof

QA Roofing completed a major roofing renovation for the UT Bureau of Economic Geology, covering approximately 100,000 square feet. The project involved removing an old sheet metal roof and installing new insulation, followed by a cutting-edge Tremco T238 standing seam roof. To ensure precision and high quality, the standing seam panels—each over 150 feet long—were formed on-site.

In addition to the roofing installation, we replaced all skylights, caulked the entire building, and installed new wall panels, coping caps, and a safety ladder. This extensive project highlights our ability to manage complex roofing tasks and comprehensive building upgrades, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and capability in handling significant challenges.
