Cypress Bend Cafe

The Cypress Bend Café project involved a comprehensive upgrade, featuring the installation of a new coffee bar, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, a decorative ceiling system, and extensive millwork and shelving. Additionally, a new storefront door was integrated to align seamlessly with the original storefront design. This task required penetrating the existing wall, installing needle beams to support the brick load, and patching the brickwork.

One of the primary challenges encountered was significant material delays. Both the imported tile and custom millwork faced prolonged lead times, which were further impacted by the current supply chain climate. Despite these obstacles, our team successfully managed the project by closely adhering to the schedule and setting firm expectations with subcontractors and vendors.
