Austin ISD - O. Henry Middle School HVAC & Roof Renovations

We completed the replacement of all rooftop Air Handling Units (AHUs) and the bituminous built-up roofing at O Henry Middle School. This project included comprehensive roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope services, ensuring a resilient and efficient system that addresses the school’s needs. Approximately 60% of the work was completed by QA Construction’s own work force.
