Welch Informal Learning and Maker Space

The project involves the renovation of rooms 2.131 and 2.132, as well as the adjacent rooms A, B, C, and D, to transform these spaces into a modern student collaboration lounge and maker space. The scope of work encompasses mechanical and electrical system upgrades, the installation of new doors, frames, and hardware, custom millwork, and the integration of contemporary furniture.
